My name is Héctor Fierro. I’ve been a language professor for five years now, both in person and online.
As a classical musician with a love for Mexican culture, I approach learning languages like any piece of music: with patience, care, and attention to detail.
Languages are alive. They change and transform over time. As you dive into your new life and let the city transform you, allow Spanish lessons be the key that unlocks a breadth of new experiences.
A one-on-one experience that is sure to help you learn the basics; reinforce previous knowledge; or finesse details for those who are already fluent. El español mexicano is rich it’s diversity, and you will find considerable language differences among neighborhoods. Facing them head on can be intimidating for anyone, but rest assured I am here to help.
I conduct group lessons similar to how I conduct private lessons, but with a focus on families, couples, or groups of friends who find themselves new to the exciting life of Ciudad de México. Learning with a partner is always an effective way to approach new information, and helps ease the burden of learning a new language on your own.
